Professional Consulting
I work with new and seasoned therapists / professionals who want to pick my brain about private practice, or they want to build more confidence with integrating holistic approaches into their clinical practice in an ethical way. I also run a monthly discussion/support group for regulated therapists.
You are doing important, life changing work.
If you’re a therapist who feels drawn to bring more of your full perspective into your practice, but aren’t sure how to do that safely, clearly, or professionally, you’re not alone. Maybe you think you're “too spiritual” for clinical spaces or “too clinical” for spiritual ones. Therapy can sit right in that middle.
I believe that clinical models alone do not always fully capture the complexity of human experience. This does not mean abandoning traditional talk therapy. It means expanding our capacity to hold the whole person: psychologically, somatically, relationally, culturally, and in some cases spiritually. My work focuses on integrating holistic and transpersonal perspectives into practice in ways that remain grounded, ethical, and professionally responsible as a therapist.
Educational & Training Workshops
I offer workshops and guest trainings for therapists, counselling teams, and professional groups.
1:1 Pick-My-Brain Professional Consulting
Individual guidance for therapists or graduate students on ways to run a private practice, how to integrate Tarot therapeutically, career psychology, or nature-based approaches while staying grounded and ethical.
Therapist Monthly Discussion Group
A space for intuitive & spiritual practitioners to gather, share, and explore integrative approaches without judgment.
1:1 Consulting With Me
Individual guidance for new therapists developing an integrative practice.
How to bring in intuitive frameworks or nature-based approaches while staying grounded and ethical?
How to talk about or document Tarot in session ?
How to market yourself as unconventional ?
These are one-hour sessions to explore what you need to move forward. Bring your questions. I will bring my experience as I have navigated these questions myself.

Developing a practice that feels aligned and sustainable
Communicating your niche clearly
As a therapist and human being, I’ve moved between two ways of understanding healing: the clinical, academic world of therapy, and a more intuitive, symbolic, spiritual way of making meaning. Both have felt important, but holding them together hasn’t always been easy, as they often speak different languages.
Each perspective can also dismiss the other: one tending toward diagnosis and intervention, the other toward metaphor and inner experience. When either becomes too rigid, something essential can get lost. We can have both! Both rational thinking/ evidence-based and the intuitive/left brain worlds can co-exist.

This is not clinical supervision.
While our work can include reflection on client themes or clinical questions, it is offered as consultation and mentorship, not supervision for licensing purposes.
That means:
You remain fully responsible for your clinical decisions. This does not replace required supervision. The focus is on integration, perspective, and professional development. This space is designed to support exploration, not evaluation.
Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your needs. We might: Explore your uncertainty or hesitation around integrating certain tools, Clarify ethical boundaries and scope, Develop language for how you describe your work, Support your confidence in practicing differently. This is a space where you can think out loud, question, and refine your approach.
